Come Stay at our Mid-century Modern Vacation Home in Palm Springs
The Easmor Alexander was built in 1958 by the Alexander Construction company, whose premier architects were William Krisel and Dan Palmer. It’s part of the small and quiet Sunmor Estates neighborhood in Palm Springs; most of the homes have been preserved by their owners.
It’s a great neighborhood to take walks or ride your bike.
It appears as if the house had been updated in the early 1980s and then largely left alone. We renovated it back to the original architectural footprint (save for the garage, which is on the list!), with updates for modern conveniences.
The brick fireplace, outside rock wall, white-washed post-and-beam ceilings, pool, and even the showers and bath, all remain refurbished and intact.
